Monster High OC Frostbite

this is Frostbite in better quality, i finally got a new camera. So apparently people are claiming Frostbite is their character this has happened 6 times already and i don't understand why. i mean dont i have proof of him in my deviantart, youtube, facebook, and monsterhighdolls how am i not the owner of him when i have him everywhere. i just don't get it.
